  • Cancellation by Customer
    • Customers can cancel their ambulance booking by contacting us directly through our helpline number: 9084178181.
    • Cancellations must be made at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid any cancellation fees.
    • If a cancellation is made within 30 minutes of the scheduled pick-up, a fee of 20% of the total service charge may apply.
  • Cancellation by Vendor
    • If the assigned vendor cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, traffic delays, etc.), Ambulant Mobile will attempt to reassign another vehicle promptly.
    • In such cases, Ambulant Mobile is not responsible for delays or unavailability but will make every effort to provide an alternative solution.
  • Refund Policy
    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation.
    • Refunds will only be applicable if the cancellation is made in compliance with the conditions outlined above.
    • All refunds will be processed directly with the vendor, as Ambulant Mobile does not handle payments.
  • Non-Refundable Conditions
    • Once the ambulance has reached the customer’s location, no refunds will be provided, even if the service is no longer required.
    • In cases where the customer provides incorrect information regarding the pick-up or drop-off location, no refund will be provided.
  • Disclaimer
    • Ambulant Mobile is a service provider connecting customers with third-party vendors. We are not liable for any issues related to vehicle availability, quality, or performance. Any risks related to the service are between the customer and the vendor.
