Terms and Conditions

  • Service Scope & Responsibility: Ambulant Mobile acts solely as a facilitator to connect clients with ambulance services provided by third-party vendors. We do not own or operate the ambulances directly.
  • Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed via phone or email. Once confirmed, Ambulant Mobile has no control over the operational execution, and any issues arising during the transport should be addressed directly with the service provider.
  • Liability Disclaimer: Ambulant Mobile will not be held liable for any accidents, vehicle breakdowns, or delays due to traffic, road conditions, or weather. All responsibility lies with the third-party vendors.
  • Accidents & Emergencies: In case of an accident or incident involving the ambulance, all liability will be with the vendor. Ambulant Mobile is not liable for any medical expenses or damages.
  • Force Majeure: Ambulant Mobile is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, strikes, or roadblocks.
  • Payment & Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable unless cancellation is requested at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Patient & Family Responsibility: Accurate information must be provided during booking. Ambulant Mobile is not responsible for issues arising from misinformation.
  • Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify Ambulant Mobile against any claims or liabilities arising from using third-party services.
  • Changes to Terms: Ambulant Mobile reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
  • Jurisdiction: Any disputes or legal claims will be subject to the jurisdiction of Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
